Topics covered in education technologies courses may include the use of digital tools for instruction, such as Learning Management Systems (LMS), virtual reality, gamification, and interactive whiteboards.

They also explore how to address issues related to digital literacy, equitable access to technology resources, privacy concerns with educational data collection, and ethical usage of technology in education.
